Questions people ask

What happens to my work if I stop paying?: Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. You drop to the free plan's limits: existing files stay readable and exportable, and you are asked to get under the limit before creating another. Holding somebody's design system hostage is not a business model.
What if a payment fails?: You keep full access while the card is retried. A failed renewal is usually an expired card, and losing your design system over it on a Tuesday morning would be an absurd punishment. Access only changes once the retries are exhausted.
Do you train models on my design systems?: No. It is written into the terms, not just this page.
Can I take everything with me?: Yes, on every plan including free. Settings → Account → Download my data gives you every system you own as one JSON file, and the exports — Figma Variables, Tailwind, CSS, DTCG tokens — are open formats that do not need us.
Do you offer a DPA, and where is data held?: A signed DPA is available on Team and Enterprise. Where your data sits and who processes it is listed on the trust page, including every subprocessor.
